Flights to Korea Out of Kagoshima & Jeju Air’s Presence in Japan
While the Seoul-Kagoshima route will be Jeju Air’s first route to Kagoshima, it will not be the first route between Kagoshima and Korea, nor the first Jeju Air route to Japan.
There are currently three weekly flights between Kagoshima and Seoul Incheon by Korean Air, as well as Eastar Jet. Both of those operate on Wednesday, Friday, and, Sunday.
As for Jeju Air’s presence in Japan, Kagoshima will become the airline’s eight destination in the country. Currently, it serves seven cities including Osaka, Matsuyama, Nagoya, Naha, Sapporo, Shizuoka, and Tokyo.
